Primary Care Support Manager

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is looking for a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced individual to support the implementation of the GP Contract and help drive forward the service improvement agenda.
As a key member of the Primary Care Team you will support the delivery of patient-centred, safe, effective primary healthcare services from 62 GP practices across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.
You will have an interest in healthcare delivery and ideally experience of working in contract management role with a track record of service development, change management and delivering projects to deadline. You will support the GP Contract & Development Manager with contract management and long term strategic planning of primary care services across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan for a population of circa 445,000. You will also support the strategic agenda for the Health Board, developing new models of care working in collaboration with Locality Teams and GP clusters.
