Practice Nurse Vacancy – Maternity Cover

We are looking for an enthusiastic General Practice Nurse (GPN) for 16 hours/week to work in our friendly, experienced nursing team. To cover maternity leave for 12 months, starting in June.
The team works autonomously, yet as an integral, respected part of the clinical and wider team. The GPN and wider clinical team have a varied skill mix and provide high quality; evidence based clinical care to patients with long term chronic diseases and well as patient focused core GPN duties. The GPN team works with a supportive, inclusive and approachable team of 6 GP partners plus 3 salaried GPs, in addition to working alongside an organised efficient administrative team; both encouraging professional and personal development.
We are a very friendly, sociable, well organised practice in an urban area of Cardiff but within easy reach of the city centre and the M4.
Experience working within the General Practice environment is essential.
