Salaried GP/ANP - fixed term contract to Sept 2026 – immediate start available
4-6 Sessions.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and supportive team at St Isan Road Surgery for a fixed term to cover maternity leave. Our practice has been newly extended and refurbished and serves a population of approximately 8,000 patients. The team consists of 3 Partners and 2 Sessional GP’s, 3 practice nurses, 1 HCA and a full complement of highly experienced admin support staff.
We are situated in the Heath, a lovely part of Cardiff, only 3 miles away from the City Centre and close to excellent schools and parks.
This post would be a fantastic opportunity for any GP or ANP with an interest in, or experience of supporting students and teaching. A regular on call is associated with this post, but the candidate should be prepared to cover an on call during any period of absence/annual leave.

7 weeks of leave pro rata (6 annual and 1 study)
The candidate must be fully registered with the GMC and be listed on the Cardiff and Vale UHB performers list for general medical services.
